Hello! You are a new appointed manager. Is it unusual for the Republic of Moldova?
Inga Ermolaeva: Yes, I was appointed as a manager in September 2007 and I am honoured to apply my knowledge in a foreign private company which allows me working in my native country, namely in Chisinau. Of course, I am not a special case as numerous women from Moldova have responsible positions, but they have to be strong, as men are pretty harsh in business affairs. You should never give up. Men are generally authoritative, and often stubborn!
Editorial office: Could you tell us what are the new interests in Your activity?
Inga Ermolaeva : First of all, I represent Groupe Portail Roumanie Moldavie in Chisinau. As you know the Republic of Moldova is the only contact point between Occidental and Russian worlds !
Of course, it’s a new activity for me and I must be cautious, and if you want to build a business, I think it’s always difficult in any country. Here, in our country, it’s difficult, as we offer services, which are often new, like consulting, and people are not actually ready to use the things which in Occident you call externalization, people do not trust it and they think they can do it by themselves. As for me, I think I have realised the advantages we offer rather well and I am sure we can cope particularly with companies which want to make international business here. We render our services to foreign companies as well which want to work in our country or use the Republic of Moldova as entering point to Ukraine and Russia. We also render our services of human resources and I represent Interim Europe.
Editorial office: Could you explain this in more details?
Inga Ermolaeva: You know that Moldova is a country which has been open to Europe for a period of time. You shouldn’t forget that our modern history is related to soviet block and the economic transition is really difficult when there are no many reference points and proper mentality. So, the fact that we are close to occidental and Latin world and at the same time involved in Russian world, allows us being a pass-through point between the two worlds. That’s my point. In the year of 2008 we are going to be the only country with a privileged customs agreement with Europe and CIS countries.
This, I think, is a great opportunity for investors to take advantage of people’s services, those who speak Russian and foreign languages!
Editorial office: Could you tell us a few words about your activity?
Inga Ermolaeva: The reason why I like my job is that I collaborate with foreigners, render services with surplus value, implement new services and work with human resources. I speak French and English, so I can ensure that their business in Moldova is in perfect security. Sometimes, foreigners find rather difficult to understand our country, it often takes time, so I can help them. We work with human resources as well as marketing, which I like very much.
Editorial office: What are your projects?
Inga Ermolaeva: We have many projects. For example, now we have an offer involving Romanian, Russian, French, English, Italian, and German languages and we can find persons who speak these languages and want to stay and live in Moldova.
I also manage Euro Contact site, which allows the companies to be represented in the world space. Do not hesitate and consult us on our site www.latinest.com
Editorial office: Thank you very much.
